Introduction and subsequent engagement of a person introduced by Surrey Childcare is deemed to be an acceptance of our terms of business and agreement to pay the appropriate fee.
All information and introductions supplied by Surrey Childcare are confidential.
Should the number of days or hours an applicant works per week increase after the commencement of employment the client will be liable to pay the appropriate agency fee.
Re-engagement of an applicant by the client at a future date will be rechargeable at the current agency placement fee. The agency must be notified of any such arrangement immediately.
The client agrees to notify Surrey Childcare of any offer of employment that is made to the applicant.
Placement over eight weeks will be deemed a permanent placement and will be charged accordingly.
Full fees are due for payment within seven days of the date of invoice.
Surrey Childcare reserve the right to charge an additional surcharge of 10% on accounts not settled within this period.
Surrey Childcare agrees to refund a client in full if a permanent applicant fails to take up employment after an engagement.
Should a permanent applicant leave within eight weeks of the date of commencement, we will provide a permanent replacement providing:
If we are unable to find a replacement within one calendar month of notification, the following partial refunds will apply.

If after an offer of employment has been made to and accepted by an applicant and the client decides for any reason to withdraw from the agreement the client shall be liable as follows:
Cancellations of temporary bookings must be made to Surrey Childcare at least 24 hours before the booked start time, or will be charged at the full day's rate.
All introductions are confidential. Passing of any information to a third party will constitute a breach of contract.
Surrey Childcare is registered under the Data Protection Act, and as such will not pass on, share or sell your information to any third parties for any other reasons than those you have consented to.
Surrey Childcare acts as an introduction agency only and whilst every care and reasonable effort has been made to check that references are genuine, we strongly recommend that clients make their own enquires and checks. The final decision as to the applicant's suitability rests solely with the client.
Surrey Childcare will not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, damage, expense, delay, costs or compensation (whether direct, indirect or consequential) which may be suffered or incurred by the client arising from or in any way connected with Surrey Childcare seeking an Applicant for the Client.
Income tax, national insurance and contracts of employment are the sole responsibility of the client.
The client is responsible for obtaining work permits where necessary.
